Pricing Questions

The honest answers to what you're probably wondering. See more FAQs.

What's included in the setup fee?

A kickoff chat, a preview link while I build, checks across modern devices/browsers, and the basics for SEO and accessibility. It's the groundwork that makes the site ready to launch properly.

Can I make changes to my website myself?

Yep. If you want to update things yourself, go for the CMS option. If you'd rather stay hands-off, the static option means I can handle updates for you.

How do you keep costs competitive compared to other agencies?

I keep it lean: no office overheads, no big account team, and no padding the work with stuff you don't need. You get a properly-built site without the agency markup.

What if I need more pages later?

No problem. It's £50 per extra page for existing clients (no setup fee again).

Do you offer payment plans?

Usually it's 50% up front and 50% on completion. If it's a bigger job, we can talk about splitting it up. Just ask.

What's the difference between static and CMS packages?

Static is hands-off: you send changes and I update it for you. CMS gives you a dashboard so you can update pages (and blog posts) yourself.

Is ongoing support included after launch?

With Hosting & Care, yes. I'll keep things maintained and help with minor tweaks. For bigger changes or new features, I'll price it up first so you know where you stand.

What SEO work is included?

Every site gets local SEO foundations: optimised titles, meta descriptions, headings, structured data, a sitemap, fast loading, and mobile-friendly design. After launch, I’ll also give you practical guidance on getting backlinks, reviews, and making the most of your Google Business Profile.
